About Us

Bob and I operate the White Pelican Bed and Breakfast in Saskatoon.

Before moving to Saskatoon in July 2004 both of us worked in public
education in northern Manitoba and the North West Territories. We always thought it would be interesting to operate our own business when we finished our teaching careers. The bed and breakfast industry keeps us in touch with people, and gives us  an opportunity to work from  home.

Our bed and breakfast has three guest rooms, in a 100 year old character home near downtown Saskatoon. Each bedroom has a view of the South Saskatchewan River.  Our guests enjoy the location and the proximity to the Meewasin Valley Trails and the University. We opened for business on October 1, 2004.

Meeting new people has been a wonderful experience and
many interesting stories have been shared. I enjoy cooking and trying
new  recipes. I  look forward to tasting the recipes from our cookbook
"Breakfast Inn Saskatchewan."

Bob helps with the B and B, and  is also a Realtor with RE/MAX Saskatoon.  Bob and I can combine house hunting and guest accommodation for those relocating to Saskatoon. Check our other web sites below:
